The objective

Daan is always looking for more good candidates to apply for. After setting up and targeting their Google Ads campaigns, we have been asked to take a step with organic findability within Google. We have analyzed the main competitors and devised an SEO strategy to steal targeted traffic from the major job boards in a smart way.

It is extremely important that all marketing channels and expressions radiate Daan’s identity. We have built banners for this with Google Web Designer and applied these banners to Re-Marketing and Outbound Display campaigns

Hijack traffic from the big job boards

Daan has a difficult position within the market to generate applicants via search engines compared to the large job boards that have a monopoly position in terms of budgets and authority.

We have devised a smart strategy to cleverly respond to the gaps left by the large job boards via the organic search results. This has resulted in a fantastic growth in traffic and indexed positions.
